On Fridays and Saturdays throughout October, Hotel Stage’s Kitchen Savvy restaurant offers a Semi-Buffet Tapas Dinner featuring over 10 different tapas -- all-time favourites at restaurants and bars throughout Spain – and a choice of three mains including Spanish Paella, as well as an array of mouthwatering desserts such as Crema Catalana and Torrija, at $538 + 10% per person. Two shows of Flamenco are scheduled for 6thand 13thOctober respectively, at 8:00 pm.  Starting on 1st October, a three-course Set Menu with Spanish classics ($468 + 10%) is available at lunch and dinner from Sundays to Thursdays, and on Fridays and Saturdays at lunch only. Menus for the semi-buffet and the daily set are developed in consultation with Chef Gioconda Scott, a native of Sevilla, who is also founder of the Slow Food Movement in Southern Spain. From Jamon Iberico Bellota to Padron Peppers, the delectable Spanish tapas and dishes would make perfect partners for any of the interesting wines from the region of Castilla y León, well-known for its celebrated DO Ribera del Duero and the rising-star DO Bierzo. In the basement of the hotel, Muse Wine Bar offers a carefully curated Spanish wine list, with great examples of the region’s best-known varieties including Verdejo, Mencia, Tempranillo and Garnacha.
