Born on May 24, 1995, Mr. Cortes is a native to the Alicante region. His passion for flamenco comes from family, from the hand of his father, Miguel, who taught him to play the guitar and his mother Maria who instilled in him the music. 

 

Currently resides in Madrid where he began his career in the best Flamenco in the city such as: Las Carboneras, Villa Rosa, Casa Patas, Corral de la Moreria, among others. And in theatres such as: Teatro de Bellas Artes (Madrid), Teatro Coliseum (Barcelona), Teatro Lope de Vega (Seville), among others. He has had the honor of accompanying : La negra, La tana, Richard Bona, Marcos flores, Alfonso Losa, Manuel Liñan, Las hermanas Bautista, Chuchito Valdés, Javier Colina, Guadalupe Torres among others.

 

He is also music composer and performer and has a project with singer Juan Debel. He has just been to the Festival de Jerez with Carmen La Taregona. Many dancers say it is a pleasure to dance with his guitar. He is the promising young guitarist.
